Directus is an open-source data platform. Build collections in a friendly admin studio and every record becomes a row in your own database, exposed over an instant REST and GraphQL API. This template ships the full recommended production setup: a managed Postgres database and a managed Valkey cache in front of it.
Deploy opens Ownkube. You sign in, pick an organization, and it provisions on Ownkube Compute. No cloud account or cluster required.

Directus web app
Web appThe Directus admin studio and API on a public hostname with automatic HTTPS. Generated app secrets are set for you and revealable on the deployment.
Managed PostgreSQL database
DatabaseA Postgres 17 database provisioned in the same private network and wired into the app automatically. Its storage persists, so your data survives restarts and redeploys.
Managed Valkey cache
CacheA Valkey cache wired in and enabled, so the API cache is shared across replicas and survives restarts. This is the setup Directus recommends for production.
